Please send us a message with the words you want written on your cake topper (This can be found on payment page when you enter your address - at the bottom.) We recommend 2-3 words, we suggest if you want a longer written topper to order 2 separate toppers as otherwise it will be harder to read.

Each card topper measures approximately 6 inches wide. If you require a different size please let us know.

- Goods arriving damaged - This is rare but if you could send a picture of the product and its packaging would help to solve the problem.
- Due to the personalised nature of our goods we are unable to offer a refund if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind. If you have made an error we cannot re-work the item or re-use it and therefore cannot offer a refund or credit.
